Which browsers does the extension work on?
Any Chromium-based desktop browser: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave, Arc, Opera, and Vivaldi all install extensions from the Chrome Web Store. The experience is identical across them. It does not run in Safari or Firefox, and it can't run inside native LMS mobile apps, which aren't Chromium browsers.
Does it work on a Chromebook?
Yes. Chrome OS runs Chrome extensions natively, so QuizSolve installs and works on a Chromebook exactly as it does on Windows or macOS — as long as the Chromebook isn't locked into a managed 'kiosk' or exam mode that blocks extensions.

Does the extension work in Respondus LockDown Browser or proctored exams?
No. Lockdown browsers such as Respondus LockDown Browser, and proctoring tools like Proctorio, disable every Chrome extension while active — so QuizSolve can't run inside them, and neither can any other extension. It works in a normal Chrome browser on standard, non-proctored quizzes. Check your exam's settings first.
Is the extension safe to install?
QuizSolve is distributed through the official Chrome Web Store, which reviews extensions before listing. It only activates on quiz pages, runs on the page you're viewing, and doesn't inject visible widgets or open new tabs. As with any extension, review the permissions on the store listing before installing.
How do I use it once it's installed?
Open your quiz in the browser and double-tap (double-click) any question. QuizSolve reads the question and any images, sends them to a multimodal AI model, and shows the answer with a short explanation inline — no tab switching. It works the same way across every supported LMS and quiz platform.
How do I remove or disable it?
